Johnny Handsome Synopsis :
John Sedley (Mickey Rourke) er en småforbryder med et grotesk deformt ansigt. Da han kommer i fængsel for en forbrydelse, han ikke har begået, bliver han gode venner med en venlig læge, som mener, at Handsome ville ændre adfærd, hvis han havde et normalt ansigt. Johnny får en plastikkirurgisk operation og bliver nu uigenkendelig for alle dem, der kender ham.
